By accessing this website or booking a course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Course Bookings and Payment
a) Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is only granted upon receipt of full payment or a written agreement from Learning and Employment UK.
b) Payment Methods
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and other approved methods. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.
c) Refund Policy
All deposit payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a candidate has been registered with the awarding body. However, you may reschedule your course with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your original course date.
4. Candidate Requirements
a) Eligibility
By enrolling in a course, you confirm that you:
- Meet all entry requirements for the course (e.g., age, language, prior qualifications)
- Are legally allowed to work/study in the UK
- Have not withheld any relevant personal information
b) Identification
You are required to provide valid identification on the first day of training, in accordance with awarding body regulations.
1 form of photographic ID & 2 forms of address proof. 1 passport sized picture.
c) Conduct
We reserve the right to dismiss any candidate who demonstrates abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
5. Certification and Accreditation
Successful completion of a course may result in certification from a relevant awarding body (e.g., Highfield, Laser Awards, SFJ, QNUK BIIAB, Qualsafe). It is your responsibility to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions
- Pass required assessments
- Submit valid ID and other documentation as required
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, training materials, logos, and documentation are the intellectual property of Learning and Employment UK and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learning and Employment UK shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Missed employment opportunities
- Delays in certification caused by third-party awarding bodies
8. Website Use
You must not use this website:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To distribute viruses or malicious software
- To attempt unauthorised access to our systems
